Privacy Policy

Who we are

Aim Tazkiyah Realty (“we”, “us”) markets and represents residential real estate projects in Canada and Mauritius. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it. Contact details for privacy requests are available via our contact page.

What we collect

When you register interest or use the Mauritius qualification form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, country of residence, nationality, budget range, and your stated interest, timeline, layout and purpose.

We also automatically capture basic marketing attribution where present in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid) and the page URL, so we understand which campaigns reach you. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights) to measure aggregate site usage.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, send you pricing, plans, and viewing invitations, understand which marketing brings genuine interest, and comply with our legal obligations. We rely on your consent, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business, as our lawful bases.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our email delivery provider (Resend) which transmits your submission to our inbox, and our hosting/analytics provider (Vercel). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms. We may disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

We operate across Canada and Mauritius and market to buyers in other countries, including the EU. Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where it is, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve your interest and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including PIPEDA in Canada, the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017, and the GDPR in the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us through our contact page.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies/local storage for essential functionality (for example, remembering that you have unlocked the Mauritius details) and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

This policy is provided as general information and may be updated as our operations and legal requirements evolve. It is not legal advice; please confirm final wording with qualified counsel before launch.
